    Nakajima nahm per September 2017 den Posten als Professorin für das zentrale künstlerische Fach „Sologesang“ im Studiengang „Gesang und Oper“ der Fakultät „Darstellende Kunst“ an der Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien (MUK) ein.

    Nakajima wurde künstlerische Beraterin am Mozarthaus Vienna. Gemeinsam mit Prof. Niels Muus wird sie künftig zur Planung des Konzertzyklus „Mozart Akademie“ mitwirken.

    Die dänische Non-Profit Organisation, Pippo Association, hat Nakajima zur Botschafterin dieser Organisation gewählt. Konzerte und karitative Aktivitäten der Pippo Association, die in der zweitgrößten Stadt Dänemarks, Aarhus, ansässig ist, werden künftig unter Nakajimas Empfehlungen geplant.
